The Violence Reduction Assessment Tool (VRAT) is a planning, resource and support instrument that assists communities assess their capacity for effective implementation and to identify concrete action steps to increase capacity and maximize the likelihood of effective implementation. This pilot project is funded by the Bureau of Justice Assistance and implemented by Michigan State University.
